නව ලෝකයට මුහුණදීමට නම් ඩිජිටල් තාක්ෂණය සමග අනිවාර්යයෙන්ම ඉදිරියට යා යුතුය. පරිගණක සාක්ෂරතාව පමණක් නොව 'Artificial Inteligence' පරිහරණය සියලු දෙනාට අනිවාර්ය වනු ඇත. ලොකු කුඩා බාල මහලු සියලු දෙනාට AI නොමැතිව ජීවත්වීමට නොහැකිවනු ඇත.
එමනිසා අවශ්යවන සුදානමට එකඟව කටයුතු කිරීමට ශ්රී සුමන විද්යායතන පිරිවෙනේ පරිගණක ඒකකය සූදානම් වෙමින් අදාළ වෙබ් අඩවිය සැළසුම් කරන විද්යාලයීය පරිගණක ඒකකයටත් එහි ප්රධානියා වන සචින නිර්මාණ මහතාටත් සුබ පතමි. ඔහුගේ උද්යෝගිමත් භාවයත්, අදාළ කාර්යයට ඇපකැපවීමත් අතිශයින් අගය කරමි. තෙරුවන් සරණයි.

Principal's Message
It is with great honor and a profound sense of duty that I welcome you to the official website of Sri Sumana Piriven Vidyayathanaya. Our institution is built upon a legacy of over 75 years, dedicated to nurturing generations of students in the light of the Dhamma and academic excellence.
Tracing our origins back to January 15, 1948, this Pirivena emerged during a significant period of Buddhist revival in Sri Lanka. What began as a humble educational branch with only five teachers and twenty-five students has today blossomed into a premier Vidyayathanaya Pirivena, a status we proudly achieved on January 1, 2004. We remain eternally grateful to the visionary leadership of our founding prelates, including Ven. Mabodale Dhammaloka Thero and Ven. Henpitagedara Gnanasiha Thero, whose dedication paved the way for our current success.
In an era of rapid technological advancement, our mission is to provide a holistic education that balances modern requirements with traditional values. Through facilities such as our ICT and Science laboratories, we empower our students with the tools of the future, while our spiritual programs ensure they remain grounded in discipline, morality, and wisdom.
I invite you to explore our journey, our achievements, and our vibrant community. Together, let us continue to strive for a society enriched by knowledge and guided by the teachings of the Great Teacher, the Buddha.
